摘要

我国钢铁企业在产能重组以及区位布局集群化的发展模式下,部分地区逐步形成了典型的规模化钢铁工业园.随着"双碳"政策的推进,在单一钢铁企业余能资源高效利用的基础上,如何做好区域内协同发展以及与周边城区和谐共生,已成为企业迫切需要解决的问题.通过探讨单元内高效、区域内协同、兼顾周边、互利共生的钢铁企业区域化余能资源利用策略,以期为各企业整体优化提供理论参考.

Abstract

Under the development mode of capacity restructuring as well as location layout clustering of China's iron and steel enterprises,typical large-scale iron and steel in-dustrial parks have been gradually formed in some areas.With the promotion of the double carbon policy,on the basis of efficient utilization of waste energy resources of a single iron and steel enterprise,how to do a good job of synergistic development in the region and har-monious coexistence with the surrounding urban areas has become an urgent problem for en-terprises to solve.By exploring the regionalized waste energy resource utilization strategy of iron and steel enterprises with high efficiency within the unit,synergy within the region,tak-ing the surrounding area into account,and mutual benefit and symbiosis,with a view to pro-viding theoretical references for the overall optimization of each enterprise.
