摘要

针对马钢煤焦化公司南区煤气净化系统硫回收装置硫冷凝器出现的管束腐蚀穿孔和硫酸盐堵塞问题进行深入分析,采取了针对性的改进措施,保证了硫回收装置长周期安全稳定运行.

Abstract

In view of the corrosion and perforation of tube bundles and sulfate clog-ging problems of sulfur condenser of sulfur recovery device of coal gas purification system in the south district of Coal Coking Company,in-depth analysis was carried out,and tar-geted improvement measures were taken to ensure the safe and stable operation of the sul-fur recovery device for a long period of time.
