Application of Intelligent Combustion and Energy Saving Technology for Hot-Air Furnace of Masteel
The basic situation and operation status of six blast furnaces of Masteel are introduced,the problems existing in the combustion process of the hot-air furnace are ana-lyzed,and the necessity of applying the intelligent combustion control and energy-saving technology of the hot-air furnace is pointed out.Intelligent combustion control technology can meet the heat storage process requirements,improve the upper limit of the system air temperature,reduce gas consumption,and ultimately achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of tons of iron.
