摘要

湛钢一期煤气系统的净化装置等设施多为单一系统,当设备出现故障或需要检修时,会对生产造成较大影响,同时由于煤气回收量的增加、轧钢工序能效的提升,煤气压缩机输送能力不足和煤气柜缓冲能力不够的问题日益凸显.为了解决高炉煤气系统存在的问题,湛钢在3#高炉项目建设过程中对相关煤气设施、工艺系统进行了提升改造,取得了较好的实施效果.

Abstract

The purification devices and other facilities of gas system of Phase I of Zhan Steel,is mostly a single system,which will have a large impact on production when the equipment malfunctions or requires overhauling.At the same time,due to the increase in the amount of gas recovered and the improvement of energy efficiency in the rolling pro-cess,the problems of insufficient gas compressor conveying capacity and insufficient buffer capacity of the gas holders are becoming increasingly prominent.In order to solve the prob-lems of the blast furnace gas system,Zhan Steel,has upgraded the related gas facilities and process systems during the construction of 3#blast furnaces projects,and achieved bet-ter implementation results.
