摘要

空分装置循环水系统的稳定运行对氧、氮、氩介质供应至关重要,基于ECS-700控制系统,介绍了循环水系统指标要求、自清洗过滤器等配套设施的原理和水系统控制方面的改造.通过对逻辑控制系统的改造,改变了传统的依靠人工现场操作的生产运行模式,并着重对循环水系统工作方式和故障状态时程序的自动控制进行了描述.

Abstract

The stable operation of the circulating water supply and auxiliary system of the air separation plant is crucial to the supply of oxygen,nitrogen and argon media.Based on the ECS-700 control system,the index requirements of the circulating water system,the principle of self-cleaning filters and other ancillary facilities,as well as the modification of the control of the water system are introduced.Through the modification of the logic control system,the traditional production operation mode relying on manual on-site operation has been changed,the working mode and the automatic control of the program when the circulat-ing water system works in the fault state has been described with emphasis.
