Design and Practice of Power Generation by Waste Heat Recovery from EAF Quantum Flue Gas
The project of power generation by waste heat recovery from EAF quantum high temperature flue gas is introduced,in which the setting of high efficiency waste heat boiler and economizer fully recovers the heat in the high temperature flue gas of the electric furnace.The set-ting of rapid cooling tower ensures the safety of the whole power generation system,the setting of switching busbar steam pipe and accumulator ensures the stable and continuous operation of the power generation system,and the containment of dioxin regeneration by the waste heat boiler and the removal of dioxin by the activated carbon ensure the environmental friendliness of the power gen-eration system.
