冷却水循环利用是节水减排的主要途径,为控制循环水系统结垢、腐蚀及微生物滋生,通常采用投加阻垢缓蚀剂、杀生剂等水质稳定药剂的方法.电化学水处理技术是通过电解方式,利用阴阳电极作用,实现循环冷却水系统防腐阻垢,有效控制微生物生长.通过电化学水处理技术与药剂法相结合稳定水质,在补水采用中水的条件下,保障了系统稳定运行,提高了系统浓缩倍数,降低了药剂投加量,实现了节水减排.
Application of Electrochemical Water Treatment Technology in Circulating Water System for Sintering Waste Heat Power Generation
Cooling water recycling is the main way to save water and reduce emissions,in or-der to control the circulating water system scaling,corrosion and microbial growth,scale and corro-sion inhibitors,biocides and other water quality stabilization chemicals control are often added.Electrochemical water treatment technology is based on electrolysis and the effect of cathode and an-ode electrode,to realize the corrosion and scale inhibition of circulating cooling water system,effec-tive control of microbial growth.Through the combination of electrochemical water treatment technol-ogy and pharmaceutical method of water quality stabilization,under the condition that the water re-plenishment adopts recycled water,it guarantees the stable operation of the system,improves the concentration multiplier of the system,reduces the dosage of pharmaceuticals,and realizes water saving and emission reduction.
