During the circulating water system operation process in a steel plant,water qual-ity,temperature and other factors could let the surface of the equipment is prone to corrosion and scaling phenomenon,which will bring negative impact on the stability and reliability of the system.From the perspective of the application of cleaning pre-film technology,the application principle of the relevant technology in the circulating water system is analyzed,and the application practice of this technology in actual projects is introduced.Practical results show that the reasonable use of cleaning pre-film technology can extend the service life of the circulating water system,improve its economy and reliability.
