摘要

高炉循环水泵是高炉循环水系统最重要的设备,一旦高炉循环水泵发生故障,会直接导致高炉减风,甚至导致高炉停产.高炉水循环系统水泵在设计选型时如果设计余量过大,在投产后只能通过控制水泵出口阀门控制供水压力和流量,而长期控制阀门运行既不经济,也会导致设备振动大、噪音大,无法保证设备稳定运行.通过对水泵叶轮进行切削,使出口阀门全开运行,可以保证设备运转平稳,降低水泵电能消耗,降低故障率.

Abstract

The blast furnace circulating water pump is the most important equipment of the blast furnace circulating water system.Once the blast furnace circulating water pump breaks down,it will directly lead to air reduction of the blast furnace,or even lead to the shutdown of the blast fur-nace.In the design selection of the blast furnace circulating water pump,if the design margin is too large,water supply pressure and flow rate can only be controlled by controlling the pump outlet valve after commissioning,and long-term control of the valve operation is not only uneconomical,but also lead to equipment vibration,noise,and cannot guarantee the stable operation of the equip-ment.By cutting the impeller of the water pump and running the outlet valve fully open,it can en-sure the smooth operation of the equipment,reduce the power consumption of the water pumps and reduce the failure rate.
