摘要

基于宁波钢铁能源管理系统和热轧工序制造执行系统,设计了热轧厂产品能耗管理系统,对每一块板卷的能耗进行计算,跟踪分析热轧板卷产品能耗管理数据,为热轧厂节能降耗和热轧产品标准能耗设计提供数据基础.

Abstract

Based on the energy management system of Ningbo Iron&Steel Co.and the manu-facturing execution system of hot rolling process,the product energy consumption management sys-tem of hot rolling mill is designed to calculate the energy consumption of each piece of plate and coil,to provide energy consumption data for the energy consumption management of hot rolled plate and coil products and to track and analyze them,so as to provide a data basis for the energy saving and reduction of energy consumption in the hot rolling mill and the design of the standard energy consumption of hot rolled products.
