Study of the Effect of Mixed Air on the Performance of Annular Cooler with Dual-Pressure Generation
Annular cooler waste heat power generation system usually adopts the mode of dual-pressure power generation, and the influence of air mixing in different flue gas sections of multi-flow path system is more complicated.By establishing the relevant leakage comparison math-ematical model and defining two parameters, namely, mixing ratio and fresh air encroachment regu-lation,the impact on the waste heat power generation system under different parameters is calcu-lated.Calculations show that the lower the initial temperature, the greater the effect of air mixing, and the heat loss due to fresh air encroachment is more serious. The effect of air mixing in the high-temperature flue gas section is significant, while that in the medium-temperature flue gas section is not significant, and qualitative analysis shows that there is an order of magnitude difference in the reduction ratio of steam generation efficiency between the two cases for the same value of air mixing ratio. It can be seen that measures such as margin reservation of induced draft fan hardware equip-ment,air leakage suppression, especially the maximum reduction of air mixing in the high tempera-ture section, and optimal control and regulation of induced draft fan can effectively improve the per-formance of the dual-pressure power generation system of the annular cooler.
