Analysis and Improvement of the Action Logic of Single-Phase Grounding Protection for Ungrounded Systems
The high-voltage cable radial power supply is used in a 10 kV ungrounded system, and the system is equipped with a set of arc suppression and harmonic elimination cabinets.During operation,it was found that after a single-phase arcing fault occurred in a specific area, the grounding protection and arc suppression and harmonic elimination cabinet could not quickly extinguish the arc, resulting in a single-phase grounding fault developed into a phase-to-phase short-circuit fault. In order to solve this problem, the single-phase ground fault relay protection, arc suppresion and harmonic elimination action logic is opti-mized and improved to ensure that if a single-phase ground fault occurs in any area of the system, the arc can be quickly extinguished and the fault can be eliminated.
