简要叙述了单段式橡胶膜密封型煤气柜的工作原理及特点、确定柜容和柜压的原则、气柜建设过程中橡胶膜的选择、调平装置支架改造、防腐注意要点以及气柜日常运行管控重点,并对某钢铁企业出现的煤气柜活塞泄漏问题进行了分析,提出了相应的解决方法,确保了系统的安全稳定运行.
Abstract
This article briefly describes the working principle and characteristics of the single-section rubber membrane-sealed gas holder,the principle of determining the holder capacity and pressure,the selection of the rubber membrane during the construction of the gas holder,the transformation of the leveling device bracket,the key points of attention to corrosion,and the daily operation and control of the gas holder.In addition,the gas holder piston leakage problem of a steel enterprise is analyzed,and corresponding solutions to en-sure the safe and stable operation of the system are proposed.
