摘要

从一起因循环水泄漏造成锅炉水冷壁泄漏的事故,分析了引发水冷壁结垢的多方面原因,采取锅炉酸洗及汽包恢复加药管等相关措施后,及时解决了问题.根据此次事故处理经验分析,当水汽质量劣化时,综合分析系统中水、汽质量的变化,及时按照三级处理原则执行相关措施,可以有效防止热力设备发生腐蚀、结垢、积盐等故障.

Abstract

The causes of water-cooled wall fouling from an accident caused by circulating wa-ter leakage was analyzed,and the problem was solved in time by taking relevant measures such as acid cleaning of boilers and recovery of chemical-feed line of steam drum.According to the analysis of this accident treatment experience,when the quality of water and steam deteriorates,comprehen-sive analysis of the changes in the quality of water and steam in the system,and timely implementa-tion of relevant measures in accordance with the principle of three-stage treatment can effectively prevent the thermal equipment from corrosion,scaling,salt buildup and other failures.
