针对变负荷工况下汽轮机负荷控制不稳定、运行效率低等问题,提出基于BP-PID算法控制策略,构建BP神经网络对PID控制参数进行整定,实现在变负荷运行模式下提高汽轮机的运行稳定性和运行效率的目的.仿真试验表明,该方法能有效改善汽轮机运行效率,提升机组运行稳定性;工程实践表明,应用该控制方法后,汽轮机运行效率提升了1.53%.
Optimal Control of Turbine Output Based on BP-PID
Aiming at the problems of unstable turbine load control and low operation efficiency under variable load condition,a control strategy based on BP-PID algorithm is proposed.A BP neu-ral network is constructed to adjust the PID control parameters to realize the purpose of improving the operational stability and operational efficiency of the turbine under variable load operation mode.Simulation tests show that the method can effectively improve the turbine operation efficiency and en-hance the unit operation stability Engineering practice shows that the turbine operation efficiency is improved by 1.538%after applying the control method.
