摘要

煤化公司干熄焦提升机系统包含设备类型较多,电气控制部分自动化程度较高.主站PLC为冗余配置,通过冗余控制网和其他工艺段子站通信,覆盖区域较广;传动系统为公共直流母线,提升部分为2台变频器,拖动2台250 kW提升电机,另有2台行走变频器,整个控制系统的联锁条件较复杂,发生的电气故障类型较多.根据干熄焦提升机电气故障实际处置经验,总结应急处理措施,并提出了优化方案.

Abstract

The dry quenching coke hoist system of Coal Chemical Company contains a lot of types of equipment,and the degree of automation of the electrical control section is high.The PLC of the main station is redundantly configured and communicates with other sub-stations of the process section through the redundant control network,which covers a wide area.The drive system is a com-mon DC bus,the lifting part has 2 sets of inverters dragging 2 sets of 250 kW lifting motors,and there are another 2 sets of traveling inverters.The interlocking conditions of the whole control system are complicated,leading to many types of electrical faults.Based on the actual experience of dis-posal of electrical faults of dry quenching coke hoist,the emergency measures are summarized and the optimization scheme is proposed.
