摘要

为了有效提高马钢冷轧南区中间库区的利用率、行车作业率和生产效率,降低安全风险,实现物料在企业信息化系统中的闭环管理,减少人工干预环节,通过实施无人行车全自动控制系统及新增智能仓储管理系统,实现库区物流的自动化与信息化.项目涉及7台行车无人化改造、仓储管理系统部署及库区适应性改造,采用格雷母线定位、激光测距防碰撞、闭环防摇控制等技术提升作业精度与安全性.改造后,库区利用率、作业效率及生产效率显著提升,减少了人力成本,推动了数字化车间与智能化工厂的建设,各项作业正确率均达设计要求.

Abstract

For the purpose of effectively improving the utilization rate,operation rate and pro-duction efficiency of the middle warehouse in Masteel's Cold Rolling South Zone,reducing the safety risk,realizing the closed-loop management of materials in the enterprise's information tech-nology system,and reducing the manual intervention,the automation and informationization of the logistics in the warehouse are realized through the implementation of the fully automatic control sys-tem for unmanned crane system and the addition of the new intelligent warehousing management sys-tem.This project involves the unmanned transformation of 7 cranes,the deployment of warehouse management system and the adaptive transformation of the warehouse area,and the use of Gray bus positioning,laser ranging anti-collision,closed-loop anti-shaking control and other technologies to improve the accuracy and safety of operations.After the transformation,the utilization rate of the warehouse area,operational efficiency and production efficiency are significantly improved,the la-bor cost is reduced,the construction of digital workshop and intelligent factory is promoted,and the correct rate of each operation meets the design requirements.
