Cause Analysis of Cold Rolled Precision Welded Tube Steel Hole Defects
Through the observation of cold rolled precision welded tube steel hole defects macro morphology,distribution pattern and the use of scanning electron microscope,spectrometer and other equipment to analyze the hole defects microscopic morphology and elemental composition,combined with the production line inspection,it was determined that the hole defects hole defect were formed by the chromium-containing foreign substance embedded in the strip during the acid rolling process and rolled through at the end stand.Through cleaning the emulsion system and im-proving the surface quality management of the acid rolling system,the hole defects of cold rolled pre-cision welded tube steel were finally effectively controlled.
