常规的顶燃式热风炉系统采用水平形式布置热风支管,热风主管通过竖管与围管连接.L形热风支管技术取消了主管竖管,热风主管高度降低(与围管等标高),缩短了热风管道总长度,因此提高了热风主管稳定性.这种L形热风支管在垂直段设置了补偿器,吸收烘炉期间热风支管与热风炉本体的膨胀变形,在L形热风支管的水平段安装热风阀和轴向补偿器(用于热风阀维修).这项技术也可用于内燃式、外燃式热风炉改造工程中,降低工程投资(主管结构利旧).
Design Characteristics and Application of Hot Air Ducts for Masteel Top-Fired Hot Air Furnace
The conventional top-fired hot air furnace systems adopt a horizontal form of ar-rangement of hot air stubs,and the hot air main pipe is connected to the enclosure pipe by a vertical pipe.The L-shaped hot air branch technology eliminates the vertical pipe,reduces the height of the hot air main pipe to the same elevation as the enclosure pipe,shortens the total length of the hot air pipe,so as to improve the stability.This L-shaped hot-air branch pipe has a compensator in the ver-tical section to absorb the expansion deformation of the hot-air branch pipe and the hot-air furnace body during the baking period.In addition,a hot-air valve and an axial compensator are installed in the horizontal section of the L-shaped hot-air branch pipe for hot-air valve maintenance.This tech-nology can also be used in the renovation of internal combustion and external combustion hot air stoves to reduce the investment in the project.
