塑烧板除尘技术研究及在轧机的应用

塑烧板除尘技术是一种适用于高湿度、高浓度烟气工况和粉尘高标准回收利用场景的除尘新技术.在塑烧板除尘技术表面过滤等原理基础上,对其优缺点进行了分析,结合塑烧板除尘器在舞阳新宽厚钢板有限责任公司某粗轧机和精轧机的应用,进行连续7天烟气粉尘处理测试,测试结果表明轧机出口烟气量随时间变化较大,塑烧板除尘器可将粗轧机和精轧机出口颗粒物浓度稳定控制在6 mg/m3以下,满足出口粉尘浓度10 mg/m3以下的超低排放要求.
Study of Plastic Sintered Plate Dedusting Technology and Its Application in Steel Rolling Mills
The plastic sintered plate dedusting technology is a new dedusting technol-ogy applicable to high humidity,high concentration flue gas working conditions and high-standard dust recycling scenarios.On the basis of surface filtration and other principles of plastic sintered plate dedusting technology,its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Combined with the application of plastic sintered plate dust collector in a roughing mill and finishing mill of Wuyang lron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the flue gas dust treatment test was car-ried out for 7 consecutive days,and the test results show that the flue gas volume of the mill outlet varies greatly with time,and the plastic sintered plate dust collector can stably control the concentration of particulate matter of the roughing mill and the finishing mill out-let to be less than 6 mg/m3,and satisfy the ultra-low emission requirement of the outlet dust concentration of less than 10 mg/m3.
