摘要

无水氟化氢(AHF)中含有微量的水分,根据国家标准GB/T 7746-2011《工业无水氟化氢》的要求,I类产品中的水含量要求小于50 × 10-6,精度要求较高.在生产过程中对无水氟化氢中水含量的控制有非常严格的要求,因为无水氟化氢中的水含量波动会影响产品质量同时会加剧对设备的腐蚀,因而必须及时、稳定地测定无水氟化氢中的水含量以便于生产控制.国家标准GB/T 7746-2011《工业无水氟化氢》给定了水含量的检测方法,在此基础上,经过试验分析对比,优化改进分析检测方法,完成无水氟化氢中水含量的在线检测.经现场检测验证,该方法的检测数据准确,操作简单、安全.

Abstract

Anhydrous hydrogen fluoride contains trace amounts of water.According to the national standard GB/T 7746-2011《Industrial Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride》,the water content in class I products is required to be less than 50 x 10-6,and the precision is higher.In the production process,there are very strict requirements for the control of water content in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride,because the fluctuation of the water content of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride will affect the quality of the product and aggravate the corrosion of the equipment,so it is necessary to measure the water content of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride in a timely and stable manner to facilitate the production control.The detection method of water content has already given in the national standard GB/T 7746-2011《Industrial Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride》.And on that basis,after analyzing and comparing the experiments,optimize and improve analytical and testing methods,the water content of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride was detected online.This method can makes accurate detection data,concurrently,this method is uncomplicated and safely.
