摘要
止回阀是化工工艺设计中重要的安全设施,能阻止大量的液体、气体回流,但不能防止小流量的内漏.在一些自动化程度较高的含氟聚合物反应釜工艺管道设计中,氮气置换管线由于检查阀不能处于常开状态,加上止回阀内漏,含氟聚合物反应釜内的高压气体,如四氟乙烯(TFE)和1,1,1,2,2,3,3-七氟代-3-[(三氟代乙烯基)氧基]丙烷(C3VE)等危险气体反窜至氮气总管内,进而进入其他装置设备或管道中,增加发生事故的风险.通过增加自动切断阀、自动检查阀,并结合水封罐的设计,不仅能够避免含氟聚合物反应釜内高压危险气体反窜至公用工程氮气管道,再进入其他装置或管道,保证安全,还能够实现反应釜反应过程的自动化,满足了工厂的需求.
Abstract
Check valves are important safety facilities in chemical process design,which can prevent a large amount of liquid and gas backflow,but can not prevent small flow internal leakage.In some highly automated fluoro-polymer reactor process pipeline designs,the nitrogen replacement pipeline may have high-pressure gases,such as TFE and C3VE,backflow into the nitrogen main due to the check valve not being in a normally open state,and leakage in the check valve.This can then enter other equipment or pipelines,increasing the risk of accidents.By adding automatic cut-off valves and automatic inspection valves,combined with the design of water sealed tanks,not only can high-pressure dangerous gases in the fluoropolymer reactor be prevented from backflowing to the nitrogen pipeline of the public engineering,and then entering other devices or pipelines to ensure safety,but also the automation of the reaction process in the reactor can be achieved,meeting the needs of the factory.
