摘要

介绍了对氟甲苯的制备方法及其应用,以对甲苯胺重氮化氟化法(希曼反应)制备对氟甲苯是目前工业化使用较多的方法,但存在副反应多、原料危险系数大和反应条件苛刻的问题,使用无水氟化氢对希曼反应进行改进,改进后的工艺路线简单,收率高.介绍了对氟甲苯在农药医药中间体领域的应用情况,未来几年国内对氟甲苯行业市场规模还将继续增长,应重点关注.

Abstract

The preparation method and application of p-fluorotoluene were introduced.The preparation of p-fluorotoluene by p-toluidine diazotization fluorination(Schiemann reaction)is a method widely used in industrializa-tion at present,but there are many problems such as many side reactions,high risk coefficient of raw materials and harsh reaction conditions.The Schiemann reaction was improved by anhydrous hydrogen fluoride.The improved process route is simple and the yield is high.The application of p-fluorotoluene in the field of pesticide pharma-ceutical intermediates was introduced.In the next few years,the market scale of domestic p-fluorotoluene industry will continue to grow,which should be focused on.
