摘要
主要介绍了全氟己基乙醇和氯代丙烯酸在催化剂和阻聚剂存在下发生酯化反应合成全氟己基乙基氯代丙烯酸酯(PFHPECA)的工艺方法.并通过大量试验考察物料配比、催化剂和阻聚剂用量及反应温度和反应时间等对反应的影响.经结果分析和数据对比确定了最佳工艺条件,合成的产品质量分数达到98%以上,收率可达98%以上.
Abstract
This paper mainly introduced the process of synthesizing perfluorohexaethyl chloroacrylate by esteri-fication of perfluorohexyl ethanol and chloroacrylic acid in the presence of catalyst and polymerization inhibitor.The effects of material ratio,catalyst and polymerization inhibitor dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction were investigated through a large number of experiments.The optimum process conditions were determined by result analysis and data comparison.The product mass fraction was above 98%and the yield was above 98%.
