摘要

氟化工企业生产的无水氟化氢在储存或使用时存在着较大的安全风险,如果发生设备或管道泄漏,可能对附近较大范围内的公共生命安全和生态环境造成严重危害.对某化工厂的无水氟化氢储罐区全封闭方案进行了研究,对设计中的主要问题和安全防护进行探讨,提出相应解决方案.对无水氟化氢生产和使用单位实施无水氟化氢储罐区安全封闭改造提供设计经验,以确保无水氟化氢储存的安全.

Abstract

The anhydrous hydrogen fluoride produced by fluorine chemical enterprises has great safety risks during storage or use.Once equipment or pipeline leakage occurs,it may cause serious harm to public life safety and ecological environment in a large area nearby.In this paper,the complete closure scheme of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride storage tank area in a chemical plant is studied,the main problems in design are discussed,and corresponding solutions are proposed,which is conducive to the production and use of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride storage tank area for safe closure transformation,in order to ensure the safety of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride storage.
