摘要

膜分离法因其成本低、无二次污染、效率高被认为是一种有效的工业污染物去除方法.聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)因其具有良好的耐化学性、热稳定性、机械强度和良好的加工成膜性能,是制造处理工业废水的合适膜材料.综述了 PVDF分离膜在不同类型废水处理中的应用,表明改性PVDF膜能够有效分离废水中的有机染料、油污和重金属离子,对PVDF分离膜未来发展趋势进行了展望.

Abstract

Film separation method is considered an effective industrial pollutant removal method due to its low cost,no secondary pollution,and high efficiency.Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)is a suitable film material for manufacturing and treating industrial wastewater due to its excellent chemical resistance,thermal stability,mechanical strength,and excellent film-forming performance.The applications of PVDF separation films in treating different types of wastewater are reviewed,demonstrating that modified PVDF films can effectively separate organic dyes,oil pollution,and heavy metal ions from wastewater.The future development trend of PVDF separation films is also discussed.
