摘要
将1,1,1,3-四氯丙烷和1,1,1,2,3-五氯丙烷混合物与氟化氢同时通入反应器进行催化反应联产得到3,3,3-三氟丙烯(HFO-1243zf)和2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf).分别研究了反应温度、压力和物质的量比等因素对反应的影响,并设计了获得高纯产物的工艺流程.该工艺具有生产灵活、步骤少、投资小、能耗低以及可连续化生产等优点.
Abstract
The mixture of 1,1,1,3-tetrachloropropane and 1,1,1,2,3-pentachloropropane with hydrogen fluoride was simultaneously introduced into the reactor for catalytic reaction to obtain 3,3,3-trifluoropropene and 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene.The effects of reaction temperature,pressure and molar ratio on the reaction were studied,and the process flow of obtaining high purity product was designed.The process has the advantages of flexible production,fewer process steps,less investment,low energy consumption and continuous production.
