萤石中氟化钙含量的检测分析

摘要
在萤石浮选过程中需要对氟化钙含量进行检测分析.氟化钙含量分析作为萤石浮选过程中的关键工序,要求快速、准确地提供检测结果,及时地为生产工艺调整、合理安排生产提供有效依据,并减少或防止不合格品的发生.主要对萤石中氟化钙含量的分析方法进行优化,结果表明,优化后的分析方法精密度和准确度都能满足试验要求.
Abstract
In the process of fluorite flotation,the content of calcium fluoride needs to be detected and ana-lyzed.As a key process in fluorite flotation process,calcium fluoride content analysis requires rapid and accurate detection results,timely adjustment of production process,reasonable arrangement of production to provide effective basis,and reduce or prevent the occurrence of unqualified products.The analysis method of calcium fluoride con-tent in fluorite was optimized.The results showed that the precision and accuracy of the optimized analysis method could meet the test requirements.
