摘要

2-氯-3-三氟甲基毗啶是一种重要的有机化工中间体,在医药、农药、材料等领域具有广泛的应用前景.汇总了近期有关该产品的制备方法,通过分析各合成路线的优劣,提出以联产工艺和副产再利用路线为主合成2-氯-3-三氟甲基吡啶,不断优化这两个工艺,同时开发更高效、更易于产业化生产的工艺路线,为后续该产品的市场扩充提前做好准备.

Abstract

2-Chloro-3-trifluoromethylpyridine is an important organic chemical intermediate,which has broad application prospects in the fields of medicine,pesticide and material.The recent preparation methods of the product were summarized.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each synthesis route,it was proposed to synthesize 2-chloro-3-trifluoromethyl pyridine based on the co-production process and by-product reuse route,and continuously optimize these two processes.At the same time,a more efficient and easier process route for industrial production was developed to prepare for the subsequent market expansion of the product in advance.
