聚集诱导发光分子纳米酶复合材料的研究进展

摘要
聚集诱导发光(aggregation-induced emission,AIE)分子是近年来荧光材料研究领域中的明星分子,在聚集态具有高的发光效率以及优异的活性氧产生能力.纳米酶是一类具有类酶催化性能的纳米材料,具有良好的生物相容性和优异的酶催化活性.AIE分子与纳米酶结合的纳米复合材料兼具AIE分子与纳米酶的独特性能.综述了 AIE分子纳米酶复合材料的制备以及在化学/生物传感、光学诊疗等领域的最新研究成果,并对其存在的不足和未来发展前景进行了展望.
Abstract
Aggregation-induced emission(AIE)molecule is the most prominent molecule in the fluorescent materials in re-cent years,and it has high luminous quantum efficiency and excellent capability to produce active oxygen species in the ag-gregated state.Nanozyme is a kind of nanomaterial with enzyme-like catalytic performance,which has good biocompatibility and excellent enzymatic catalytic activity.The nanocomposites combined with AIE molecule and nanozyme have the unique properties of AIE molecules and nanozyme.In this paper,the preparation of AIE molecule and nanozyme composites and the latest research achievements in the field of chem/biosensing and optical diagnosis and treatment are reviewed.Finally,the shortcomings and future development are also prospected.
