基于Mathews稳定图法的充填体合理暴露面积确定

采用充填采矿法进行二步骤采场开采时,在两侧均为充填体,且充填体强度一定的条件下,采场结构的稳定性取决于采场侧帮暴露面积的大小.为确定不同充填体强度下的合理侧帮暴露面积,采用Mathews稳定图法研究二步骤开采时一步骤充填体合理侧帮暴露面积.通过将稳定数和形状因子绘制在稳定图上,以矿山稳定至破坏崩落过程的实例占比为回归方程的概率,分别对稳定数、形状因子、强度因子、节理方向调整参数、重力调整因子系数分析,并在Q系统分级的基础上,利用若干稳定图确定形状因子,从而估算充填体侧帮暴露面积值.针对马坑铁矿不同采场对应的不同一步骤充填体强度,通过Mathews稳定图法分析得出:1.75、2.35、2.70 MPa等3个不同强度下二步骤采场开采时允许充填体侧向暴露面积分别为3600、5800、6800 m2,经马坑铁矿二步骤采场爆破回采,进一步验证基于Mathews稳定图法确定的一步骤充填体暴露面积的合理性.本文成果可为采用嗣后充填采矿法的矿山二步骤回采时充填体选择合理侧向暴露面积提供借鉴.
When the filling mining method is used for two-step stope mining,the stability of the stope structure depends on the exposure area of the side wall when both sides are filling bodies and the strength of the filling body is constant. In order to determine the reasonable side wall exposure area under different filling body strengths,the Mathews stability diagram method is used to study the exposure area for reasonable side wall with one-step filling body during two-step mining. By plotting the stability number and shape factor on the stability diagram,the probability of the regression equation is taken as the proportion of instances in the process from mine stability to destruction and collapse. The stability number,shape factor,strength factor,joint direction adjustment parameter,and gravity adjustment factor coefficient are analyzed respectively. Based on the Q system classification,several stability diagrams are used to determine the shape factor,thereby estimating the exposure area value of the side wall of the filling body. According to the strength of the different one-step filling body corresponding to different stopes of the Makeng iron ore,the Mathews stability diagram method is analyzed,and the allowable lateral exposure areas of the filling body are 3600 m2,5800 m2 and 6800 m2 respectively under the three different strengths of 1.75 MPa,2.35 MPa and 2.70 MPa. The rationality of the exposure area of the one-step filling body determined based on the Mathews stability diagram method is further verified by the two-step stope blasting and mining of the Makeng iron ore. The results can provide referenc for the selection of reasonable lateral exposure area of the filling body during the two-step mining of mines using the subsequent filling mining method.
