中国和马尔代夫消防系统设计标准对比

为了进一步了解马尔代夫当地执行的消防标准与中国消防标准之间的差异,结合马尔代夫Ooredoo商务办公楼项目的工程设计实例,分别从室内消火栓系统、室外消火栓系统、自动喷水灭火系统、建筑灭火器配置4个方面对消防系统及设施的设计差异进行对比,给出马尔代夫公共建筑消防系统的设计建议.结果表明:马尔代夫消防标准在某些设计要求方面仍存在薄弱环节,如室内消火栓系统的供水管道未成环布置,消防水池的贮水量过小;室外消火栓系统仅考虑设置市政消火栓,且市政消火栓之间的间距过大;自动喷水灭火系统的设置场所仅考虑5~10层(或建筑高度范围为15~30 m)的工业厂房、车间和A、B组塑料橡胶仓库.本文成果可为马尔代夫类似民用建筑项目提供一点借鉴.
In order to further understand the differences between the local fire protection standards in the Maldives and the fire protection standards in China,combined with the engineering design examples of the Ooredoo business office building project in the Maldives,the design differences of the fire protection system and facilities are compared from such 4 aspects as indoor fire hydrant system,outdoor fire hydrant system,automatic sprinkler system and building fire extinguisher configuration,and the design suggestions of fire protection system for public buildings in the Maldives are given. The results show that there are still weaknesses in some design requirements of the Maldives fire protection standards,such as the water supply pipeline of the indoor fire hydrant system is not arranged in a loop,and the water storage capacity of the fire protection pool is too small. The outdoor fire hydrant system only considers the installation of municipal fire hydrants,and the spacing between municipal fire hydrants is too large;The installation site of the automatic sprinkler system only considers industrial plants,workshops with 5~10 floors (or the building height range is 15~30 m)and group A and B plastic and rubber warehouses. The results can provide some references for similar civil construction projects in the Maldives.
