跳仓法在超长混凝土结构施工中的关键技术问题研究

Research on key technical problems of alternative bay construction method in construction of super-long concrete structure

为了解决超长混凝土结构由于温度、收缩应力引起的裂缝问题,以北京某超长混凝土结构施工地块项目为例,采用跳仓法优化原设计后浇带施工工艺,重点研究跳仓法施工的设计原则、混凝土原材料控制和配合比优化以及跳仓法施工中涉及的温度、收缩应力及仓格长度划分等关键技术问题,并通过现场施工控制、测温反馈及时采取养护措施.结果表明:采用跳仓法浇筑超长混凝土结构,不仅可以满足结构的防裂要求,还能保证工程的顺利实施.本文成果可为其他类似工程应用提供一定的借鉴与参考.
In order to solve such problem as cracks caused by temperature and shrinkage stress of super-long concrete structure,a super-long concrete structure construction plot project in Beijing is taken as an example,the construction process of the original design post-pouring belt is optimized by the alternative bay construction method,focusing on the design principles of the alternative bay construction method,the control of concrete raw materials and the optimization of the mix ratio,and the key technical issues such as temperature,shrinkage stress and compartment length division involved in the construction of the alternative bay construction method,and the maintenance measures are taken in time through on-site construction control and temperature measurement feedback. The results show that the pouring of super-long concrete structures by alternative bay construction method cannot only meet the anti-cracking requirements of the structure,but also ensure the smooth implementation of the project. The results can provide a certain reference for other similar engineering applications.
