烟草不同部位提取物抗氧化活性研究

A study on the antioxidant activities of extracts from different parts of Nicotiana tabacum

目的:研究烟草植物不同部位提取物的抗氧化活性。方法分别依次采用90%酒精、50%酒精提取烟叶和烟根中的有效成分,采用紫外—可见分光光度法测试不同组分对二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH·)的清除作用,评价其抗氧化效果。结果烟叶和烟根50%乙醇组分的抗氧化活性比相同部位提取物其他组分好;其中,烟根50%乙醇组分的活性最好,在浓度达到160 mg/L 后抗氧化活性接近维生素 C(Vc)和常用的抗氧化剂2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)。结论烟叶和烟根的化学成分存在较大差异,烟草中具有抗氧化性的活性成分易被大极性的溶剂溶解和洗脱。
Objective This article aims to investigate the antioxidant activities of extracts from different parts of Nicotiana tabacum (N.tabacum). Methods The active constituents from the roots and leaves of N. tabacum were obtained by extracting with 90% alcohol and 50% alcohol as solvents.The antioxidant activities of different fractions to 1,1 - diphenyl - 2 - picrylhydrazyl radical (DPPH ·)were evaluated by using UV spectrophotometer. Results Whether the roots or the leaves,the antioxidant activity of their 50% ethanol fractions was better than other fractions,respectively.Among them,the best active fraction was the 50% eth-anol fractions from the roots,and its activity was close to the activities of vitamin C (Vc)and butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT)when its concentration reached or exceeded to 1 60 mg/L. Conclusion The constitu-ents of the roots and leaves in N.tabacum were different.In addition,the active constituents of anti-oxida-tion from N.tabacum were easily dissolved and eluted by strong polar solvents.
