摘要

目的 比较金银花对甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)和甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)体外抑菌活性差异.方法 收集30株MSSA和30株MRSA菌,使用头孢西丁筛选试验和mecA基因检测对菌株进行验证,使用琼脂打孔法检测金银花对两类金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性并比较差异,使用琼脂稀释法检测金银花对两类金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC并计算出MIC50.结果 金银花对MSSA和MRSA均有体外抑菌活性且MIC5.均为3.125 mg/mL.结论 金银花对MSSA和MRSA均有较好的体外抑菌活性,在临床治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染方面有很大的应用前景.

Abstract

Objective To compare the difference of antibacterial activity of Lonicera Japonica Thunb a-gainst Methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus(MSSA)and Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)in vitro.Methods Thirty strains of MSSA and MRSA were collected and identified by Cefoxitin screening test and mecA gene detection,respectively.The agar punch method was used to detect the antibacte-rial activity of Lonicera Japonica Thunb against two types of Staphylococcus aureus and compared their differ-ences.Agar dilution method was used to detect the MIC of Lonicera Japonica Thunb against two types of Staphylococcus aureus,and the MIC50 was calculated.Results Lonicera Japonica Thunb had in vitro antibac-terial activity against both MSSA and MRSA with MIC50 of 3.125 mg/mL.Conclusion Lonicera Japonica Thunb has a good antibacterial activity against both MSSA and MRSA in vitro,and has great application pros-pect in the clinical treatment of Staphylococcus aureus infection.
