目的 梳理针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的相关文献,分析其研究现状和热点,为未来相关领域提供新的参考依据.方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普和Web of Science核心合集数据库2003年1月1日至2022年12月31日的相关文献,并采用CiteSpace 6.2 R2软件对作者及期刊发文量进行排序并进行关键词可视化分析.结果 共纳入中英文文献855篇,其中中文791篇,英文64篇;主要来源期刊包括《糖尿病新世界》39篇、《针灸临床杂志》24篇、《上海针灸杂志》23 篇等国内期刊以及 Medicine 8 篇、Trials 5 篇、Acupuncture in Medicine 及 Medical Science Monitor 各 3 篇等国际期刊.高频关键词聚类显示该领域主要涉及临床实验与系统综述,并重点探讨氧化应激、内质网应激等.结论 针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的整体发文量呈上升趋势,取穴规律和中医病证结合的临床研究日益受到关注.但该领域的关注度和文献产量波动不定,特别是高质量核心文献数量较少,后期应加大对这一领域的研究.
Visual analysis of acupuncture therapy for diabetic peripheral neuropathy based on CiteSpace
Objective To review the relevant literature on acupuncture therapy for diabetic peripheral neu-ropathy,analyze its research status and hotspots,and provide new reference basis for related fields in the fu-ture.Methods Relevant papers from January 1,2003 to December 31,2022 were retrieved from the databas-es of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and the Web of Science Core Collection.CiteSpace 6.2 R2 software was used to sort the number of papers published by authors and journals and conduct visual analysis of keywords.Results A total of 855 Chinese and English papers were included,among which 791 were in Chinese and 64 were in English.The main source journals included 39 papers from Diabetes New World,24 papers from Journal of Clinical Acupuncture and Moxibustion,23 papers from Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,as well as 8 papers in Medicine,5 papers in Trials,3 papers each in Acupuncture in Medicine and Medical Sci-ence Monitor and other international journals.High-frequency keyword clustering showed that this field mainly involved clinical trials and systematic reviews,with a focus on oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress,and other topics.Conclusion The overall number of papers published on acupuncture therapy for diabetic pe-ripheral neuropathy is increasing,and clinical research combining acupuncture point selection rules with tradi-tional Chinese medicine syndromes has received increasing attention.However,the attention and literature out-put in this field fluctuate,especially with a low number of high-quality core papers.Therefore,future research in this field should be enhanced.
