摘要

文章分析了烧结点火和烧结过程中CO的生成行为,概述了烧结烟气CO的治理现状,重点对烧结烟气循环、料面喷吹蒸汽、富氧点火和烧结过程CO控制进行分析.分析表明针对循环烟气在料面位置的选取,当循环混合烟气湿度大于 8%、温度和氧含量较低时选烧结机尾;当水分在6.0%~8.0%、温度和氧含量较高时,选烧结机前部.基于降低烧结CO的烧结原燃料配矿结构优化和富氧点火、料面喷吹蒸汽的工艺参数优化需进一步深入研究,进而在保障烧结矿产品质量的前提下降低CO排放,达到节能减排的目的.

Abstract

The behavior of CO during sintering ignition and sintering process was analyzed,the cur-rent status of the CO control during sintering process was overviewed.The sintering flue gas circula-tion,material surface steam injection,oxygen-enriched ignition and the CO control during sintering process were mainly discussed.It is pointed out that for the selection of the circulating position of the flue gas on the material surface,when the humidity of circulating mixed flue gas is greater than 8%and the temperature and oxygen content are low,the sintering machine tail is selected,when the mois-ture content is 6.0%~8.0%,the temperature and oxygen content is high,select the front of sintering machine.The optimization of sintering raw material and fuel batching structure,and the optimization on process parameters of oxygen-enriched ignition and material surface steam injection need to be fur-ther investigated,so as to reduce CO emissions under the premise of ensuring the quality of sinter and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
