The paper studied the technology of low oxygen tapping control of SPA-H steel produc-tion,related thermodynamic theory and low oxygen necessity are analyzed,and determined that the reasonable low-oxygen range of the SPA-H steel should be(198~333)×10-6.In order to ensure the bottom blowing effect,reasonable control of the converter terminal slag composition is done,it is requested reasonable production scheduling,implement flexible slag splashing furnace protection meas-ures is done;Improving the smelting system,using"one batch"mode or small material mode,oxygen gun operating parameters is improved,it is used of lower the average gun position,the gun position control is optimized,the low gun position carbon pulling time is ensured,end point temperature lower is limited1 680℃ control,carbon is controlled at0.06%~0.11%;The carbon-oxygen modifica-tion model and the converter mass spectrometer are used.After the improvement,the average oxygen content at the end point was reduced,80% of oxygen content were controlled in the selected reasonable range,and the control level of phosphorus,sulfur,carbon and manganese content was improved.
