摘要

近年来随着煤炭价格不断上涨和国家对环保管控力度趋严,结合公司的发展规划,制定了降低或取缔煤粉燃料的使用,实现清洁燃烧的攻关目标.基于此,从调整石灰回转窑燃料结构方面着手,通过对回转窑燃烧器改造、煤气预热、提高自动化程度和掺混少量天然气等措施,优化燃料的使用,减少转炉煤气放散损失,并达到了提升回灰窑产能、降低燃料成本、稳定煅烧工况及环保达标的目的.

Abstract

Abstrect In recent years,as coal prices continue to rise and the national environmental control be-comes stricter,combined with the company's development plan,the company has formulated the key goal of reducing or banning the use of pulverized coal fuel and realizing clean combustion.Based on this,the paper starts from the aspect of adjusting the fuel structure of the lime rotary kiln,optimizes the use of fuel and reduces the loss of the converter gas release through measures such as transforming the burner of the rotary kiln,preheating the gas,improving the automation degree and mixing a small amount of natural gas,and achieves the purpose of improving the production capacity of the kiln,re-ducing the fuel cost,stabilizing the calcining condition and achieving the environmental protection standard.
