铁包烘烤器为长期保持较高的作业率,时刻具备大规模上线铁包的能力,使得每年用于烘烤器的焦炉煤气消耗极大.京唐公司分析了包括生产备包数量多、铁包烘烤制度不合适等导致铁包烘烤器能耗过高的原因.采取了动态轮换停用烘烤器、改变高炉出铁方式、调整铁包烘烤制度、合理调配在线周转包的包龄结构等针对性的措施.生产实践表明,所有的铁包趋向于均衡使用,不仅减轻了过度烘烤对铁包耐材造成的氧化破坏,而且有效地降低了11%的焦炉煤气消耗,节约成本518.1 万元.
In order to have the ability to launch ladles on a large scale at all times,the bakers for la-dles in Shougang Jingtang company has maintained a high operation rate for a long time.Therefore,the coke oven gas used for bakers for ladles is a huge consumption every year.Jingtang company analyzed the reasons for the high energy consumption of bakers for ladles,such as preparing excessive ladles to prevent production fluctuation and the unsuitable baking systems for the ladles.In order to save energy and reduce consumption,targeted measures have been adopted,such as dynamically starting and stop-ping some bakers,changing blast furnace tapping method,adjusting baking system for the ladles,and rationally matching age structure of ladles on line.The above measures promote balanced use of all la-dles,which not only reduces the oxidative damage of ladles refractory caused by excessive baking,but also effectively reduces the consumption of coke oven gas by 11%,and saved 5.181 million yuan every year.
