摘要

针对罩式退火炉的高温烟气余热特点,提出了直用烟气余热烘干冷轧板技术.从烟尘特性入手分析烟气对冷轧板质量的影响,提出了烟气净化烘干工艺流程并确定了工艺参数.对工艺的经济性与节能效益进行分析,阐述该技术的应用效果.实践表明,烟气净化后直用烘干冷轧板技术安全可靠,节能效果好,可有效降低生产运行成本,提升企业经济效益.

Abstract

A drying technology wa proposed by directly use the flue gas residual heat from the shaded annealing furnaces to dry the degreased cold-rolled plate.Considered the influence of flue gas on the quality of plates,it was developed a new flue gas purification drying process and designed the process parameters.Furthermore,it was also accessed the aspects of economic and energy-saving as well as illustrated the application effect.The practice has shown that use the purified flue gas directly to dry cold-rolled plate is safe and reliable,which has good energy-saving effects and can effectively re-duce the production and operation cost,thus improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
