摘要

文章利用高温电润湿研究了电场电压对钢液与Al2O3 夹杂物两相间的界面自由能的影响,并通过杨氏方程对实验结果进行了验证.通过高温电润湿可知,随着电压的增大,钢液与Al2O3 夹杂物两相间的接触角逐渐减小,当电压增加至 20V时(阈值),两相间的接触角不再变化.利用高温电润湿实验得到的接触角,通过杨氏方程可证明:随电压的增大,钢液与Al2O3 夹杂物两相间的界面自由能逐渐减小.

Abstract

In the paper,the effect of electric field voltage on the interfacial free energy between mol-ten steel and Al2O3 inclusions is studied by high temperature electrowetting,and the experimental re-sults are verified by Young equation.It can be seen from the high temperature electrowetting that with the increase of the electric field voltage,the contact angle between the molten steel and the Al2O3 in-clusion phase gradually decreases.When the electric field voltage increases to 20 V(threshold val-ue),the contact angle between the two phases does not change.Using the contact angle obtained from the high temperature electrowetting experiment,based on Young's equation,it can be proved that with the increase of electric field voltage,the interface free energy between molten steel and Al2O3 inclu-sions gradually decreases.
