混铁车内衬优化后铁水温度变化分析

Analysis of molten iron temperature change after optimizing inner lining of torpedo car

通过实测和数值模型计算,研究了混铁车内衬改造前后的铁水温度变化.研究结果表明:在不改变混铁车内衬厚度的情况下,优化混铁车内衬结构对铁水温度有明显影响.实测结果表明:在混铁车铁水量少、铁水初温低及运行时间长的情况下,改造后的混铁车实测铁水终温提高了17℃,铁壳表面温度降低了 55℃.数值计算结果表明:在混铁车铁水量、铁水初温及运行时间与改造前混铁车实测相同的情况下,改造后混铁车铁水终温提高了 24℃,铁壳表面温度降低了54℃.说明混铁车内衬改造方案保温效果显著.
Through measurement and numerical model calculation,the change of molten iron temper-ature before and after reconstruct of inner lining was studied.The results show that without changing the thickness of inner lining,the optimization of lining structure has obvious influence on the molten i-ron temperature.The measured results show that under the condition of less molten iron,low molten i-ron temperature and long running time,the measured final molten iron temperature is increased by 17℃ and the surface temperature of torpedo car shell is decreased by 55℃ after reconstruct.The numer-ical calculation results show that under the condition that the amount of iron,the molten iron tempera-ture and the running time are the same as those measured before reconstruct.,the final molten iron temperature is increased by 24℃ and the surface temperature of torpedo car shell is decreased by 54℃ after reconstruct.It shows that the reconstruction scheme of inner lining is remarkable effect.
