The article proposes an improvement on the existing CDQ system and a method for recove-ring the residual heat of coke powder from the CDQ primary dust collector.By heating the desalinated water in front of the secondary economizer with the residual heat of coke powder,the residual heat of coke powder is introduced into the deoxygenation water supply system.This not only improves the cool-ing water quality of the coke powder cooling sleeve,but also saves the consumption of deoxygenation steam and creates economic value.At the same time,the article provides a detailed introduction to the process improvement method for coke powder recovery and the calculation method for waste heat recov-ery,providing theoretical research and engineering application reference for the research on the utiliza-tion of coke powder waste heat in the CDQ primary dust collector.
