In view of the problem that the micro-differential pressure instrument failure and the un-reasonable arrangement of evaporative cooler spray gun affect the primary dust removal effect,AI flame analysis is adopted to replace the interlock technology of micro-differential pressure and dust removal fan speed,and optimize the arrangement of evaporative cooler spray gun.The application practice shows that not only the converter gas quality is improved,but also the recovery amount is increased by 7% ,and the power consumption of dust removal fan is reduced by 3% .At the same time,the scaling rate of the evaporative cooler is reduced from 40 mm/month to 10 mm/month
