氢基竖炉直接还原技术减污降碳分析

氢冶金技术是钢铁行业实现绿色低碳发展的重要路径之一,尤其氢基竖炉直接还原技术已成为国内外钢铁企业低碳转型的重要方式.文章主要综述了氢基直接还原技术应用现状,并着重分析了氢基竖炉直接还原技术的能源消耗、碳排放和典型污染物排放.研究表明,基于天然气、焦炉煤气竖炉直接还原技术吨铁能耗分别为 358~395 和 427 kgce/t,吨钢碳排放较高炉流程下降 40%~50%,吨钢颗粒物、SO2、NOx 较高炉长流程分别下降 26.3%、41.1%、43.2%;基于绿氢竖炉直接还原技术在减污降碳效应上优于天然气/焦炉煤气竖炉直接还原工艺.建议行业加大氢冶金及上下游相关技术装备研发攻关,提升能源资源保障能力和核心技术供应能力,支撑我国钢铁行业绿色低碳转型.
Hydrogen metallurgy is one of the important paths for the steel industry to achieve green and low-carbon development.Especially,hydrogen-based shaft furnace direct reduction technology has become an important choice for low-carbon transformation of steel enterprises at home and a-broad.This paper mainly summarized application status of hydrogen-based direct reduction technolo-gy and analyzed the energy consumption,carbon emissions and typical pollutant emissions.Research shows that the energy consumption of iron product based on natural gas and coke oven gas is about 358~395 and 427 kgce/t,and carbon emission of ton steel is 40%~50%lower than blast furnace process.The particulate matter,SO2 and NOx of ton steel are reduced by 26.3%,41.1%,43.2%.With green electricity and green hydrogen,pollution and carbon reduction is lower than natural gas/coke oven gas direct reduction process.It is suggested to increase research upstream and downstream related technologies and equipment of hydrogen metallurgy,improve the resource support ability and core technology supply ability,and support the green and low-carbon transformation of China's steel industry.
