In order to reduce the temperature drop of molten iron at the interface between iron and steel,Laigang has been developing technologies since 2020,such as the"one can to the bottom"or-ganization mode,unified molten iron tank type,selection of automobile transportation for molten iron transportation,optimization of tank configuration mode,as well as the application of molten iron tank capping and efficient desulfurization technology.These have significantly improved the transportation efficiency of Laigang,and the temperature of molten iron entering the converter has continued to in-crease.In order to further reduce the iron steel ratio and stabilize converter operation,provided favora-ble conditions.Through various technological research and applications,the water temperature drop of Laigang has gradually decreased from 230℃to 156℃,with the water temperature drop of steam transportation iron reaching 85℃,achieve domestic advanced level,providing valuable experience for major steel mills in China to reduce iron temperature drop.
