基于副枪测量的直接出钢技术研究与应用

Research and application of direct tapping steel technology based on sublance measurement

在介绍副枪系统组成的基础上,以炼钢静态模型为手段,结合大量转炉生产数据分析,研究了副枪测量参数与钢水成分和温度的关系,得出了直接出钢的边界条件.TSC磷含量随TSC温度的增加呈线性增加,合适的TSC温度为1 600~1 620℃.随着TSC碳含量的增加,TSC磷含量增加,合适的TSC碳含量为 0.30%~0.40%.随终点氧含量的增加,终点磷含量降低,终点氧含量的最佳控制范围为(400~500)×10-6.生产实践表明,基于副枪测量的直接出钢技术可以缩短冶炼周期1.2 min,平均终点氧含量达到 443×10-6,可以满足转炉冶炼要求,为提高转炉冶炼效率、降低工序能耗提供了可靠途径.
Based on the introduction of the sublance system,the relationship between the TSC measur-ing parameters of sublance and the composition and temperature of molten steel is studied by the means of steelmaking static model and the data analysis of converter production,and obtains the boundary conditions of the direct tapping steel.TSC phosphorus content increases linearly with the increase of TSC temperature,and the appropriate TSC temperature is 1 600~1 620℃.TSC phosphorus content increases with the increase of TSC carbon content,and the appropriate TSC carbon content is 0.30%~0.40%.The end-point phosphorus content decreases with the increase of end-point oxygen con-tent,and the optimal control range of end-point oxygen content is(400~500)×10-6.The produc-tion practice shows that the smelting cycle shortens by 1.2 min and the average end point oxygen con-tent reaches 443×10-6 with the direct tapping steel technology base on sublance measurement.The direct tapping steel technology can meet the smelting requirements of converter and provides a reliable way to improve the smelting efficiency and reduce the process energy consumption.
