机械活化次氧化锌粉尘低酸浸出实验研究

Experimental study on low acid leaching of mechanical activated primary zinc oxide dust

文章以次氧化锌粉尘和机械活化粉尘为原料,进行低酸浸出实验,研究硫酸质量浓度、液固比、浸出时间、浸出温度、搅拌速度对两种实验原料浸出效果的影响,得到了实验条件下最佳参数为:硫酸质量浓度 100 g/L、液固比 5 mL/g、浸出时间 90 min、浸出温度 60℃、搅拌速度500 r/min.在此条件下,机械活化粉尘的锌浸出率可达85%以上,比次氧化锌粉尘的锌浸出率总体提高10 个百分点;两种原料中铁的浸出率都保持在5%~10%左右,铟、铅几乎不浸出.
In the paper,zinc oxide dust and mechanically activated dust were used as raw materials to study the effects of sulfuric acid concentration,liquid-solid ratio,leaching time,leaching tempera-ture and stirring speed on the leaching effect of the two experimental raw materials,and the optimal pa-rameters were as follows:sulfuric acid concentration of 100 g/L,liquid-solid ratio of 5 mL/g,leac-hing time of 90 min,leaching temperature of 60 ℃,and stirring speed of 500 r/min.Under these conditions,the zinc leaching rate of mechanically activated dust is increased by 10 percentage points compared with that of primary zinc oxide dust,which can reach more than 85%.The leaching rate of iron in both materials is maintained at about5%~10%,and indium and lead are almost not leached.
