提高烧结矿产量生产实践

通过改善某企业360 m2烧结机焦粉和返矿粒级、优化除尘灰配加方式、合理配矿、系统改进布料装置、实施低负压点火技术改造、加强烧结机系统漏风治理、加大主抽风机能力、提高冷却系统和成品系统的处理能力、提升设备和工艺技术水平、建立上下工序制约机制,烧结料层厚度由750 mm逐步提高至900 mm.烧结矿生产实现了厚料低碳低温烧结,内返配比由18%降低至13%以下,成品率提高4.2个百分点,烧结矿产量由12 141 t/d提高至12 893 t/d,烧结入炉比由78%提高至84%,为铁前降本增效取得可观的经济效益.
By means of improvement coke powder and return fines grade,optimizing the way of addi-tion of precipitator dust,adopting reasonable blending ore,system improvement of the distribution de-vice,the implementation of low negative pressure ignition technology transformation,strengthening air leakage management of sintering machine system,increasing the capacity of the main exhaust fan,im-proving the cooling system and the processing capacity of the finished product system,improving the level of equipment and process technology,and establishing upper and lower process control mecha-nism in an enterprise 360 m2 sintering machine,the thickness of material layer is gradually increased from 750 mm to 900 mm.The thick material low carbon with low temperature sintering is realized dur-ing sintering.The internal return ratio is reduced from 18%to less than 13%,and the rate of finished product is increased by 4.2 percentage points.The sinter output is increased from 12 141 t/d to 12 893 t/d,and the sintering rate is increased from 78%to 84%.Finally,considerable economic benefits have been obtained for cost decreasing and benefit increasing of before iron making process.
